Track widths are widened front and rear to ensure stability under load, while the front fenders are subtly flared to accommodate heavy-duty wheels and cooling ducts integrated into the hood bulge, housing a torque-rich turbo V8 swap built for city hauling demands.

This build’s suspension and drivetrain receive serious upgrades focused on load-bearing and reliability. Progressive-rate coil springs with reinforced wishbones up front and a robust multi-link solid axle in the rear raise the ride height and support the heavier payload. The reinforced transmission and re-geared final drive deliver strong low-end torque, paired with a high-capacity cooling system to withstand the rigors of stop-and-go urban freight transport.
