Nebula Vanguard takes a 2010 F-150 Platinum and keeps the cab proportions and roofline that make it instantly readable, then stretches everything around them like a wind-tunnel exercise that escaped into the show floor. The track push and seamless widebody aren’t just for theater—there’s real packaging behind it: cooling paths, underbody management, and tire volume that can actually carry the torque and mass of a modern EV halo truck.
The visual hook is restraint inside the excess. The flares are compound-surfaced instead of riveted-on, the skirts do real ground-effect work, and the aero is active where it matters—trim drag at speed, add stability under braking, and keep thermal headroom when the power electronics are working. It reads like a flagship concept, but the engineering choices stay close enough to production logic that you can imagine the parts being validated, not just rendered.

2010 Ford F-150 Platinum
Quad-motor electric layout with digital torque vectoring (target: 1
100 kW / ~1
475 hp)
Floor-mounted ~150 kWh solid-state pack with liquid thermal exchange and zoned cooling circuits
Rear transaxle module housing dual motors with dedicated heat exchangers vented through rear quarter louvers
High-voltage power electronics packaged aft with controlled exhaust paths through the rear hatchbody vents
Deployable lower-body vortex generators integrated into the side skirt shelf
Multi-element active rear wing on swan-neck pylons with independently actuated outer flaps
Full underbody diffuser with seven strakes and a rear bumper vortex channel feeding the wing
Roof dorsal fin acting as a flow director with integrated lighting and rear cooling intake guidance
2010 Ford F-150 Platinum
Forgeline GF1R forged monoblock wheels
22x11
matte deep indigo with polished titanium lip
Michelin Pilot Sport EV: 305/35ZR22 front
325/30ZR22 rear
Target ride height: ~110 mm with adaptive multi-link air suspension and active anti-roll control
Hub-centered track widening engineered around suspension pickup points to preserve steering axis and scrub radius targets
Widebody transitions executed as multi-piece composite/metal interface with laser-etched micro-texture at material boundaries
Wing pylons and rear structure reinforced with internal load paths to distribute downforce into the bed/tailgate architecture
Thermal ducting modeled as sealed pressure zones (hood/roof inlets to heat exchangers; controlled outlet louvers) to prevent recirculation
