Story

The Iron Ghost Prototype reimagines the 2020 Lamborghini Huracan Evo as a fully electric mid-engine endurance machine, merging Can-Am prototyping heritage with modern endurance racing principles. Its radical widebody architecture features squared front fenders extended by 140mm each side, channeling airflow through enormous cooling ducts beneath multi-surface aero louvers. The front end adopts an integrated nose cone with a deep splitter and vertical dams, optimizing downforce and brake cooling, while a stretched fastback canopy accommodates sophisticated battery thermal management systems without sacrificing the Huracan’s unmistakable silhouette.

Underneath, the chassis is engineered for endurance efficiency with a 100mm longer wheelbase and a 280mm wider track, paired with staggered forged OZ Racing Carbon Textile wheels wrapped in ultra-low rolling resistance Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires. The full electric all-wheel-drive system incorporates advanced torque vectoring, complemented by a comprehensive aerodynamic package including a triple-element twin rear wing mounted on tall carbon-fiber pylons. The satin gunmetal grey finish with subtle mica flakes and exposed carbon fiber aero elements underscores the prototype’s minimalist, surgical design language.
