The 1970 Chevelle SS 454 is supposed to be sacred—big-block thunder, bias-ply attitude, and a rear bumper that’s seen more tire smoke than daylight. “Electric Beast Hauler” keeps the silhouette honest but rewrites the job description: a pro-pit support rig that can dragstrip-launch, then carry a race car with the kind of quiet, executive composure that makes purists stare.
Under the smooth factory+ widebody, the engineering reads like a modern tow/track program, not a cosplay. A mid-chassis battery spine, twin high-output motors, and a load-rated air system let it squat for aero, rise for ramps, and stay level with weight on the deck. It’s a Chevelle built for the pit lane at twilight—floodlights on, ramps down, and no wasted motion.
