This Bonneville Retro Rocket Show Car takes the understated 1993 Pontiac SSEi sedan and transforms it into a gleaming tribute to 1960s American rocket and space race aesthetics. The build features sweeping fiberglass widebody fenders that extend over 350mm both front and rear, integrating hydraulic-assisted rocket fin-inspired side scoops and expansive aluminum mesh vents. A domed hood with a raised bubble canopy houses an exposed jet-style air intake, accentuated by glowing LED strips that simulate a rocket core’s heat signature, while towering rear tail fins rise 550mm above the roofline, merging seamlessly with chrome thruster-styled exhaust ports and a futuristic hatch design.
