Blacklist Syndicate Spec takes the 2005 G35 Coupe and leans into the reality of how the fastest “street” cars get built: parts sourced from everywhere, fitted by hand, and made to work at speed. The silhouette is intentionally fractured—90mm asymmetric front arches with riveted add-ons, then a 200mm wider rear that squares off the quarter line like a functional mistake. Patchwork carbon, Kevlar, primer and mismatched paint aren’t cosplay here; they’re the visible receipts of an illicit catalog build.
Under the chaos is a coherent brief: keep the VQ cool, keep the tires planted, and keep the car stable during high-speed sprints on bad pavement. A stepped hybrid bumper feeds a real intercooler and brake ducts, the roof scoop is treated like a pressure-fed cooling circuit, and the rear aero is built to settle the car without turning it into a parachute. It reads like an underground shop’s best work—ugly only to people who don’t understand why it’s shaped that way.

VQ35DE retained with twin-scroll single turbo conversion for fast transient response
Front-mount intercooler and hard-piped charge system visible through bumper ducting
Aux oil cooler packaged behind passenger front arch with dedicated venting
Dual titanium exhaust outlets, offset left, packaged around diffuser and heat management
140mm forward raw carbon splitter with corner-mounted triple dive planes
Functional roof dorsal intake with internal guides feeding supplemental cooling circuits
270mm-deep rear diffuser with six uneven-height strakes to manage dirty underbody flow
1400mm single-element wing on 470mm uprights tuned for sprint stability over peak downforce

265/35ZR18 front Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R
295/30ZR18 rear Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R
Lowered ~40mm on stiff coilovers to control aero rake and keep bump response sharp
Mixed-material panel fitment (carbon/Kevlar/fiberglass) intentionally left legible with visible rivet lines and seam work
Asymmetric ducting used as functional packaging for cooling rather than purely visual vents
Rear quarter flare start point moved forward to control sideflow and tire wake with the widened track
Aero mounting points reinforced to handle splitter/wing loads without relying on bumper skins
