Track Taxi

1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Sedan

The 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Sedan reinvents itself as the Track Taxi, a purpose-built shuttle for closed-circuit racing environments. This build pushes the boundaries of what a classic American luxury sedan can do, combining aggressive widebody architecture with advanced aerodynamic solutions to deliver rapid lap times and quick passenger exchanges. The wide fenders, sharp creases, and integrated cooling ducts give it a brutalist, technical presence while improving airflow and downforce balance.

Underneath the sculpted hood sits a turbocharged straight-six engine producing 410 horsepower, engineered for instant throttle response and track-ready durability. The semi-race suspension setup keeps the car planted through high-speed corners, while the HRE wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires anchor the car with confident grip. This is a rare blend of raw 1970s muscle and modern track weapon precision, reimagined as a high-speed taxi for the circuit.

Sedans That Shouldn’t Be Fast

Here’s the thing about sedans: they ask for respect but rarely demand it with horsepower or aggression. Our builds say screw that polite notion and shove these four-door workhorses into the fast lane with wide fenders, aero gadgets, and enough grunt to make you question your assumptions.
